Unauthorized events or additional guests beyond the confirmed reservation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Thank you for respecting our home and our neighborhood. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy We’re unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers. If available, the following options apply: Early Check-In (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM): $200 Late Check-Out (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM): $200 Please note: Availability can only be confirmed within 3 days of arrival during July 1 – August 31. Pool Information Our outdoor pool is solar-heated, and its temperature depends on weather conditions. It is typically comfortable for swimming from mid-June through early September. Pool availability in April and October varies with the weather — please check with us in advance to confirm if it will be open during your stay. Fireplace Notice For safety reasons, the indoor fireplace is decorative only and not for use.
